Even though the numbers were down for the tour event at the beautifully presented "Gunabul Homestead" golf course, it was fantastic to see everyone enjoying what is a magical par three layout which was in pristine condition. For those that came to play, they certainly had their short games tested, particularly………..
Christian Butterworth (Peregian Springs) and Rebecca O’Neill (Gympie Pines) who won the day with rounds of 56 and 61 respectively.
The Invincibles Tour would like to pass on their thanks and appreciation to the great team at Gunabul, particularly Vicki Millard (Manager) and Peter & Robyn Snelling (Owners - Curator) for hosting what was another excellent day out and for making everyone feel so welcome.
Rebecca O’Neill (Gympie – p1 below) and Bailey Murchie (Nambour – p2) qualified for The Invincibles 2016 IGA Sunshine Coast Junior Masters Championship which will be hosted by the very generous and supportive Twin Waters, Pelican Waters, Peregian Springs and Noosa Springs Golf Resorts during the last week of the September School holidays (25th to the 28th of September).
