Let’s hope the Sunshine Coast can repeat their performance of last year where the team consisted of Bailey Arnott, Dino Degotardi, Tyler Duncan, George Giblett, Will Martell, Ollie Merritt and Bailey Murchie (Pictured) who represented The Sunny Coast brilliantly, both on and off the course as endorsed by Adam Engel, (see below)

“I just wanted to communicate with you and your team what a fabulous week we had in Coffs Harbour.

Yes, the team played great and had an excellent result on the course, but I wanted to communicate with you how good a week the boys had off the course.

This group of students were clearly the best group of students I have ever had the pleasure of taking away on a school trip. Their behaviour was exemplary.

From their interaction with people at the golf course, at our accommodation, out at dinner at a restaurant or with the drivers of the golf carts and bus driver to and from Coffs, I couldn’t be any more-proud to be the manager of such a group of fine young individuals. You should be very proud of the way your squad represented Queensland, their clubs and The Invincibles Tour.

I wish them all the very best with whatever path they take over the next 12 months.

Fingers crossed School Sport Australia change their rule and allow under 18’s to play in the nationals next year.”

Kind regards,

Adam Engel
