Club
If you’re in Queensland on holidays or a local that loves their golf, beaches, restaurants or just relaxing with friends, then you really can’t go past the beautifully presented and friendly hospitality that Noosa Golf Club and the Sunshine Coast has to offer.
The Noosa Golf Course is situated five minutes inland from the world-renowned Hastings Street Noosa, a casual fifteen - minute drive north from the Sunshine Coast Airport.
As is the case with all Sunshine Coast Courses, Noosa Golf Course is part of the gateway to the beautiful, world-renowned Sunshine Coast – Queensland, where you have everything on offer, from Australian Zoo in the Glass House Mountains, to the hinterland on the Great Dividing Range that overlooks the Sunshine Coast, where you will find Underwater World, Eumundi Markets, Aussie World, the Big Cart Track and a coastline that boasts some of the world’s best beaches in Mooloolaba, Alexandra Headland through to Maroochydore, Coolum, and the world-renowned Noosa beaches.
The Tour would also like to pass on their thanks and appreciation to the great team in the Pro Shop, their bar staff, caterers, and ground staff for presenting their course and facilities in magnificent condition, but most importantly, for making everyone feel so welcome.

News
Well what a difference a year makes, from this time last year, where we were enormously concerned with bush fires in golfing the Sunshine Coast, to this year where we were treated to a couple of short bursts of rain that certainly didn’t stop, nor deter Taj Egea (Brookwater) and Yuuki Takada (Southport) from winning the final Invincibles Tour event for 2020 with rounds of 75 and 76, respectively.
Despite what we have gone through over the past fourteen months, we don’t believe that there is any better place in the world to live than here on the Sunshine Coast, It’s just magical and something that we should never take for granted.
The Invincibles Tour would like to pass on their thanks and appreciation to the team at Noosa, particularly Allen Harris (Manager) and Rob Upham (Captain) along with Peter for hosting what was another great Tour event.
The Tour would also like to extend their thanks and appreciation to the team in the office, their ground staff, caterers, pro shop (Scott) and bar staff for not only putting on a great day, but most importantly, like most clubs, for making everyone feel so welcome.
Taj Egea (Brookwater – p1 below) and Yuuki Takada (Southport p -2) qualified for The Invincibles 2021 IGA Sunshine Coast Junior Masters Championship, that will be hosted by the very generous and supportive Twin Waters, Peregian Golf Course, Pelican Waters, and Noosa Springs Golf & Spa Resort during the last week of the September School holidays (Sunday the 26th to Wednesday the 29th of September - TBC).

Highlights on the day included: Taj Egea’s approach to the 9th that hit the pin and stopped within mm’s of the cup, Ben Duncombe’s tee shot and four metre putt on 12 for birdie, Bronson White’s tee shot on the same hole, along with Samara Dryden’s approach to 12 was just magical and Alfie Wards approach to 18 to set up one of his four birdies and an even par over the back nine, which were just a few of the many highlights during what was a magical day at Noosa.
If you see or hear of anything special happening at one of our Invincibles events (or any event for that matter) please don’t sit on it, forward them through via text to Graeme so we can all enjoy the moment?
The Invincibles Tour on behalf of everyone that contests junior events, would like to thank Frank Schmidt and Neil Charkow for all the hard work and effort they put into scoring, stats, and our website to help make sure everyone is kept up to date with what’s happening on Tour, which is always very much appreciated.
A special mention of Callaway Australia for very generously supporting The Invincibles Tour on the day and throughout the year.
The winner of the 9-hole division went to Phoenix Gaulke (Redcliffe)
It was fantastic to see such a large turnout in the 9-hole division, which one would hope is a good sign of things to come?
