Congratulations on what was a brilliant effort from Sophie Martell and Brigette Griffin (Captain) both from Pelican Waters and Justice Bosio (Caboolture) who travelled to Far North Queensland to contest the coveted “Junior JUG” which they did in style, to the delight of the Sunshine Coast Burnett & District Women’s Golf Association who are enormously proud of……….

Their charges as are their Invincibles Tour team mates…..

Whilst “talking about girl power” one must congratulate young Cassie Porter (Peregian Golf Club) for her outstanding four under par 70 in the opening round of the New South Wales Junior Amateur Championships, where she is sitting third outright at even par after round two.

Jed Morgan (Hatton Vale) is still in red hot form at the NSW's Amateur with rounds of 68 & 69 to be leading the boys by four shots at the half way mark, as he sticks to his game plan and focuses on one shot at a time as he attempts to defend his title.
